First time I visited IMD when I had my summer practice in 2015. There I met people who love their job and always could help/suggest and guide young scientists to reveal themselves. From that time I decided to connect my future life with science and nanotechnologies, in particular. I was very impressed about experiments that held there and about collaboration of Ukrainian researchers with foreign research groups. After that I got involved in research group where we were investigating properties of III-nitride materials, learned different technological (T-ALD, PA-ALD, MOSVD, ICP, diffusion furnaces) and diagnostics (SEM, XPS) equipment. During the time I spend in this group we have published two research articles one of which I have presented on ELNANO conference in Kyiv. I do hope we will be able to learn much more in future and jointly make an impact to the improvement of nanotechnology in Ukraine. I also do believe that IMD could set the pace to all research institutes in Ukraine and became one of the highest developed Institutes in Eastern Europe with huge impact to the Ukrainian and international research community future. I wish these conditions will attract much more young scientists who want to make their career in nanotechnology for the benefit of native land and mankind in general.
I am very proud to be a part of science team of IMD and hope for future successes.
