Master degree Candidate

During my MS that I have carried out at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, I had the opprotunity to access to IMD facility and work in the Dept. of technological & analitical research under the supervision of Dr. Deminskyi. It was very useful experience for me to observe all the IMD facilities and such a big Enterprise that is in parallel – research center for micro and nanotechnologies development. I can clearly see that we – the Ukrainian young researchers all around the world should keep in touch with such research centers in Ukraine. With our joint efforts we can create more friendly environment so that young Ukrainian generation is able to provide cutting edge research and involve world famoust researchers for useful collaboration. Therefore, I feel very lucky to see all efforts that IMD provides on the way to improve micro- and nanotechnologies in Ukraine and their impact to the world class research.

I wish all the best for IMD in their further steps and definitely planning to be in a close touch with it’s bright researchers.

Visiting Scholar

I have visited IMD Campus in 2015 during the “IEEE 35th International Conference on Electronics and Nanotechnology” (IEEE-ELNANO) program. I was very impressed with the comprehensive micro/nano-scale device fabrication infrastructure although it needs some maintenance and upgrade effort. With very experienced scientists like Prof. Osinsky and highly motivated yougn scientists, I strongly believe that IMD can set a very good example in Ukraine and Eastern Europe in reviving the scientific research and technological development by leading their effort for a unique “Eastern Europe Research Center”, which will attract highly talented researchers in the surrounding area for a career in nanotechnology.

I am more than very pleased to support such a research center in all means possible and do hope for solid long-term collaborations with IMD and the new research center under IMD’s leadership.

With my best regards,
